Irish Centre for Business Excellence (ICBE) – an overview

ICBE is a non profit cross-sectoral network of organisations that demonstrate a deep commitment to Continuous Improvement and the pursuit of Business Excellence. The network provides a platform for companies to share knowledge and best practice across all business functions, organises a series of networking events throughout the year, assists members meet their learning and development needs and supports members implement transformation strategies in their organisations.

• We can link you with your counterpart in other companies in or outside your sector, enabling you to interact with like minded business professionals
• We organise network forums around topics of interest to you and provide expert speakers where necessary
• We can assist you meet your learning and development needs and targets in a cost effective manner
• We organise visits in Ireland and abroad to companies who demonstrate best practice in a variety of processes and business functions like HR, LEAN etc
• We have set up several regionally based Business Process Improvement (BPI) forums and can link you with BPI practitioners in your region
• Our ‘Call for Support’ process helps members access knowledge, information and solutions quickly thus helping them solve problems and reduce costs
• We organise highly effective and interactive conferences and symposiums on topics of interest to our members
• We invite internationally recognised experts to speak at events and to visit member companies to address senior managers on topics like Lean, ROI, etc
• We offer webinars, videos, pod casts, newsletters and case studies on topics of interest to members
• Information regarding all planned activities are published on our website (www.icbe.ie) and the outcomes of all programmes and events are available to members via a secure password
